Terms & Conditions:
- Deposit is non-refundable.
- Deposit can be used for a different traveller than the purchaser. Traveller details & trip dates have to be confirmed by 26th April 2026.
- Each deposit locks in promo pricing for one (1) pax for Sipadan Kapalai Resort & Pearl Island Resort only. It cannot be changed to other trips.
- Travel must be completed by 31 Dec 2026.
- Payment terms: 30% payment to confirm the trip dates and balance payment will be collected 60 days before the trip.
Terms & Conditions for the Booking Draw:
*Lucky Draw will be held on 12th April 2026 after 4pm at The Submersibles' booth at ADEX 2026 (N31 to 40). Winners will be announced at the draw and informed via email.
*Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and can only be utilised by the named winner of the lucky draw
*Original booked trip must be completed for the lucky draw prize to be utilised.
*Prizes are on a twin-share basis unless otherwise stated. Winners can top up for single room, or bring a paying friend.
*The prize cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers or discounts.
*The prize trip must be completed before 31st December 2026.
*By redeeming this voucher, the winner agrees to these terms & conditions, and the policies of the destination resort or liveaboard.
