Magic Resorts Philippines is a premier boutique hospitality group founded by Arie Hoogendoorn and Desiree Pullens. It features two dedicated PADI 5-star dive resorts located in the Visayas region: Magic Island Dive Resort in Moalboal, Cebu, and Magic Oceans Dive Resort in Anda, Bohol. Designed with an intimate, boutique-style atmosphere and an eco-conscious ethos, the resorts are world-renowned for catering to divers who want to explore the rich marine life of the Coral Triangle without the crowds.
One of their standout offerings is a seamless two-centre dive holiday, allowing guests to enjoy a dive safari trip moving between both islands—diving their way across while their luggage is transferred independently.
The Two Properties
Magic Island Dive Resort (Moalboal, Cebu)
10 traditional bungalows (caters up to 25 guests). Located on a quiet peninsula overlooking the Tañon Strait, it features a steep 50-meter house reef drop-off right at the water's edge. It sits just 10 minutes away from the famous Pescador Island and Moalboal's year-round massive sardine run.
Magic Oceans Dive Resort (Anda, Bohol)
16 native-style cottages (caters up to 32 guests). Nestled along a secluded 17-kilometer coastline far away from mass tourism, it offers access to pristine walls, sandy slopes perfect for muck diving, and a vibrant mix of macro life.
