  • 3 guided boat dives daily to Mabul and Kapalai Island. Sipadan Island is subject to quota availability (minimum 1 day in Sipadan for this trip). EXCEPT ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAYS.

  • Compulsory orientation dive on day of arrival at House Reef before any boat dives, subject to arrival time and Dive Center policy. To be completed before 5pm, otherwise postpone to next morning.

  • Unlimited house reef dive from 6am until 6pm, subject to a minimum surface interval of 1 hour in between any dives, and strictly NO exceeding of NDL.

  • Strictly NO Diving 24 hours before flight.

Note: All rentals are charged for full day. There would no half day rental. Additional charges is applicable in the event of lost or damaged items.

ITINERARY

Itinerary Option 1:
Fly with Air Asia from Johor to Tawau
Available for Fri to Wed or Wed to Mon

Day 1: Pick up from home at 1130hr. Transfer to Senai Airport. Check-in at 1350hr, Flight Air Asia AK 5596 Depart Johor Bahru 1550hr and Arrive Tawau 1830hr. Pick up and transfer to Tawau Hotel (about 30min). Note that transfer to airport is S$ 60 per pax (min 4 pax per MPV). Flight, transfer to Tawau hotel, Tawau hotel stay and meals on this day is not included.

Day 2: Check out at 630am, and quick breakfast at Tawau Hotel at own expense & depart at 7am for Semporna Jetty (about 2 hour transfer). Speed boat transfer to Resort (about 45min). Upon arrival at Resort, will be given welcome drink and resort briefing. Dive center briefing at 11am, follow by check out dive at shore. Lunch then 1 boat dive, Dinner.
(Note that official check-in timing is 2pm. In the event should the rooms are ready, they will issue the keys upon arrival at resort. In the event that the rooms are not ready, can leave the bags at reception while doing the check-out dive and lunch.)

Day 3 to 5: 3 meals & 3 boat dives a day + unlimited shore dives (6am to 6pm)

Day 6: Breakfast, check-out before lunch and have lunch at 12nn. 1pm Boat to Semporna and transfer to Tawau Airport. Air Asia AK 5597 Depart Tawau 1855hr and Arrive Johor Bahru 2120hr. End of package.

Itinerary Option 2:
Fly with Malaysia Airlines
Available daily


Day 1: MH 614 Depart Singapore 1105hr, arrive Kuala Lumpur 1205hr. MH 2664 Depart Kuala Lumpur 1425hr, arrive Tawau 1715hr. Transfer to Tawau Hotel (about 30min). Note that flight, transfer to Tawau hotel, Tawau hotel stay and meals on this day is not included.

Day 2: Check out at 630am, and quick breakfast at Tawau Hotel at own expense & depart at 7am for Semporna Jetty (about 2 hour transfer). Speed boat transfer to Resort (about 45min). Day 6: Breakfast, check-out and depart on 10am boat and transfer to Tawau Airport. MH2665 depart Tawau 1430hr, arrive Kuala Lumpur 1205hr. MH 607 depart Kuala Lumpur 1930hr, arrive Singapore 2035hr. End of package.

 

You will need to arrive at Tawau the night before the package start, and one night stay in Tawau hotel is S$ 80 per person (twin-sharing). Also note that there is a 24 hours no dive before fly policy by the resort. So you can only do 2 boat dives on the last diving day if you are flying on the 1430hr flight.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Pay S$129 per person of the promo price before 31 Dec 2021 to lock in this promotion deal

  • Travel to be completed by 31 Dec 2022

  • 50% deposit for confirmation of dates & balance payment due 30 days before trip commencement

  • Change of date is allowed for free if its is done more than 60 days before trip commencement and via email to info@thesubmersibles.com

  • This promotion is only for Singapore Residents (Singaporeans, Singapore PR, Employment Pass holders)

  • 10% Surcharge on the total package price is applicable for the following peak period every year:

    • 1st 7 days of Chinese New Year

    • The month of August

    • 1st 7 days of October

  • While this promotion is valid for travel to be completed before 31 Dec 2022, please note that the Malaysia government will close Sipadan Island for one month in Nov every year, starting in 2020

  • No refund for deposit paid for this package, but fully transferable to another diver
